Spa Therapies

European Herbal Wrap– Wrapped in a cocoon of steaming linens steeped in a blend of fragrant herbs, the European Herbal Wrap helps purge the body of toxins while producing a very deep relaxation state. Steam Bath included. A one hour treatment.

Exfoliating Body Scrub– Essential oils of ancient herbs and florals combined with sea salts stimulate the senses and revive circulation, leaving skin feeling awake and vitalized. Ask your therapist to recommend the scrub that best meets your needs and interests. Steam Bath included. A one hour treatment.

Shirodhara Scalp Therapy– Shiro (head) dhara (the continuous flow of oil) has been used in ancient Ayurvedic medicine as a primary method to strengthen the immune system. Shirodhara Scalp Therapy uses warmed Ayurvedic herbal hair oil applied in a slow, steady stream to the third eye area, profoundly relaxing the nervous system. An Ayurvedic hair bath is generously massaged into the scalp, followed by a deeply relaxing massage to the head, neck & shoulders. A Botanical Glow Facial Massage completes this treatment. An hour-and-a-half treatment.

Botanical Glow Facial Massage– An all natural skin care treatment utilizing antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E in combination with therapeutic herbs, Aloe Vera juice, sea algae extract, and essential oils. Leaves skin glowing inside and out. Includes Steam Bath and neck & upper shoulder massage. An hour-and-a-half treatment.

Steam Bath– Our favorite room in the house! Come in for a half hour steam or combine it with a massage. Steams promote detoxifying through the skin, leaving you feeling clean and refreshed from the inside out. By appointment only.
