Now in its 14th year, this project runs from August 20th to October 20th. The first broadwinged hawks were seen there this week. (This is the best place in the state to view them!)

Directions: Take the Black Canyon Road to the top of the ridge, then turn left and follow the ridge road (FS Road 8020) south for 3 miles to the parking lot. Follow the trail on foot to the Observation Station.
