1. AREA: Upper Valley would include Lost River, Mazama, Rendezvous, East/West Chewuch areas and Winthrop. Mid Valley includes the East County Road and south of Winthrop. Lower Valley would include Twisp, Twisp River, Carlton and Methow. Communities are Lost River Airport, Edelweiss, Wolf Creek, Rodeo Trails, Pine Forest, Twin Lakes and Twisp River Sky Ranch.  To access a map of the Methow Valley go to MLS link at the top of this page.

2. ACREAGE. Please note if irrigation water rights are important (horses?).

3. HOME? How many bedrooms, baths, general description, setting, quality of construction, etc.

4. WATERFRONT? Describe what type such as a river, pond, creek (year-round, seasonal), etc.

5. PRICE.
