· contact information for interested buyers (phone/email, etc)
· up to four pictures (digital preferred, but we can scan photos)

What we do:
· Build you a one page website for your property; one editing session is included.
· Host your website so it can be viewed by anyone on the internet
· Feature a brief description, picture and link to your website on methownet.com’s real estate web page

We recommend:
· You put an ad in the Methow Valley News in the Real Estate section that lists your website address. (The address needs to be exact for it to work.)
· You include your website address on your home answering machine message so folks are prompted to look at it for more information
